Edafe, a beautiful and ambitious young woman, falls deeply in love with Ade, a charming but troubled man. Despite her father’s stern warnings, Edafe defies him, stealing from her family’s company to support Ade’s lavish lifestyle and fund his trip abroad.
However, Ade betrays Edafe’s trust, abandoning her once he arrives abroad. Heartbroken and financially ruined, Edafe is arrested, charged with embezzlement, and sentenced to jail.
